2007

Separation of our R&D departement that becomes a unique entity, LGM Ingénierie (LGM's wholly-owned subsidiary), headed by Michel MONTEILLARD (CEO) and François LECERF (General Manager). LGM concentrates on project management activities, while LGM Ingénierie is the expert in electronic and mechanical engineering.

Frank WEISER becomes CEO of LGM group.

 

2006

Launch of “LGM 2010”, a collaborative project gathering all internal resources and business partnerships to reach the corporate objectives by 2010 in terms of services, business and industries, engineering and expertise, as well as the preservation and the development of internal resources.

Establishment of a wholly–owned foreign subsidiary in Germany: AXONE GmbH

 

2005

Development of new niche expertises along a strategy of business diversification.

Establishment of the first international subsidiary in the Netherlands: AXONE BV

 

 2004

Development of a specialist niche in documentary engineering & open-source technologies.

 

 

2003

Consolidation and capitalisation of our expertise.

Creation of two new departments: Management (Programme Management, ILS, LLS and Risk Management) and Engineering (electronic and mechanical engineering).

Development of mechanical engineering activities.

Development of a niche expertise in embedded electronics. 

LGM Consultants becomes LGM integrating the R&D department.

 

2002

Development of a specialist niche in embedded networks.

 

2001

Company status’ evolution into a S.A.S, (roughly equivalent to a simplified limited liability company). The underlying motive is to involve employees along the company development through stock options’ distribution:

      The system enables executive managers to incrementally buy out some company shares set at a privileged price, so they become associates.

 

1997

Development of LGM Consultants:

      Organic growth towards diversification and consolisation of our activities, business fields, and existing market shares.

      Development of new professional fields (Programme Management, Electronic Engineering) resulting into new business opportunities.

1991

Michel MONTEILLARD, independent consultant in Dependability Engineering and in Electronics joins LGM Consultants as an associated partner.

 

Constitution of LGM Consultants by Eric de TOCQUEVILLE and Frank WEISER,  ECP engineers (École Centrale Paris) specialized in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
