System Design Requirements Management System Configuration Management Software Configuration Management

The requirements formalize the expression of needs and commitments of the participants, they are at the heart of the system development process. By means of methods, rules and processes, requirements engineering consists of the following activities:
►     Establish and maintain a unique standard for expressing requirements
►     Demonstrate that requirements and activities throughout the product’s life cycle are fulfilled
►     Ensure full traceability of requirements as well as manage changes and allocations

Based on our experience in analysing a company’s requirements, LGM helps its clients define a data model and put in place a requirements management activity. LGM also assists its clients in choosing and using tools such as DOORS©.
