Equality index F/M

The entire management team of LGM Group is committed to implementing a global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach.

This is notably reflected in the monitoring of the Gender Equality Index.
With the introduction of a Gender Equality Index, companies must measure their practices. This index makes it possible to evaluate the practices of the companies and to give them a score out of 100, assessed on the basis of 5 criteria: :

  • The gender pay gap
  • The distribution difference of the individual salary increases
  • Difference in the distribution of promotions (for companies with more than 250 employees)
  • The number of salary increases for female employees upon return from maternity leave
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest remunerations

The government has set the minimum score to 75 points out of 100..

  1. Annual measurement of wage trends
  2. Raising our managers’ awareness and steering salary increase campaigns

  4. Raising the awareness of the managers and supporting them in taking gender equality into account during the recruitment and promotion processes
